We are looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year
of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will.
- Set up new vendors - W9.
- Enter vendor invoices as received.
- Create and send vendor purchase orders.
- Post banking transactions.
- Create and send customer invoices
- Pay all business related taxes.
- Provide month end close support.
- Run financial reports for manager review.
- Reconcile time entries for payroll.
- Project tracking and billing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least one year of experience in an accounting role.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work well on a team with others.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
- QuickBooks proficient 2+ years.
- Google Drive.
